I worked with Chris for more than 2 years, and he was wonderful throughout the entire process.  My wife and I are very picky.  We looked through dozens and dozens of homes before we finally found the house that was right for us.  Chris is extremely responsive, but he's never pushy.  He continually   sent us homes to look at, and he was always available.  I never once felt that he was bugged with our indecisiveness, even after we bailed on a property while we were in escrow.  Chris is also very knowledgeable, and he negotiated well on our behalf.  When we finally purchased a home, the process was smooth and easy, even though we purchased a bank-owned property (which can be a bit of nightmare). Perhaps most importantly, Chris is just a good, honest guy, and he genuinely cares about his clients.  I will absolutely recommend him to others.

I met Daniele when visiting an open house she was hosting about 1 year ago. At the time, I was window shopping-- as I knew the time to put my home of 40 years on the market was approaching: Time for a smaller nest. She impressed me with her kindness, and enthusiasm. I kept her card and information, and this last fall we met and she put together a plan to market my home including professional photography, brochures, drone photos, even a tv spot. She went over details, and explained all the steps and shared information about the places my house would be listed (MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow etc) . So now I needed to start packing, and manage some repairs and updating to get things ready. Daniele has been such a blessing. She has been a great guide thru all this--an avid planner, very organized, & is great at keeping in touch with updates regularly. She is also easily reachable when I've had questions. And, she has been such a help! As I have some physical limits--she has taken time to come over and pitch in, moving things for me, helping organize inside and out: So patient. I've never had a Realtor take time to really help on such a personal level!! Chris Walker, with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, brought us a well-qualified buyer for our home in San Clemente prior to our officially listing the property for sale. We asked him to represent us as well as the buyer and he agreed. Sometimes that can be a bad idea but it worked out great with Chris. He kept in constant contact with us and was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. He has a great list of referrals including Escrow, Handymen, Termite and Home inspectors, etc. and all whom he referred did a great job as well. If you've bought and/or sold a house before you know how stressful it can be. With due respect to all realtors, nothing they can do will prevent that from happening. But they can make things easier. We had been looking for a home for YEARS!! He was such a go-to-guy.  We looked at several properties but none were "the one".  Chris never gave up, he helped us to the point where we would have given up on us. Very easy to talk to and never any pressure. Plus, he knows Orange County like the back of his hand. He is very intuitive and super easy to work with.
